Homes for Sale in Draper, Utah
Panoramic views, newer construction, the Corner Canyon trails, and a short drive to Silicon Slopes.
About Draper
Draper sits at the southern end of the Salt Lake Valley with the Wasatch Mountains rising directly behind it. The views here are some of the best in the county: wide valley panoramas to the west, mountains to the east. Most of the development is newer, which means updated finishes and larger floor plans.
Draper grew up around two things: tech and trails. Silicon Slopes is about fifteen minutes down the freeway, and Corner Canyon anchors the city's 150 plus miles of trails, straight out of the neighborhoods. Both show up in the prices.

Demand is still strong
Buyer interest in Draper hit a twelve-month high in June, and the schools here rate the best of any area I cover. When a home is priced right, it's still going under contract in about two weeks.
Pricing is the whole game
The median asking price is $887K, but second-quarter sales closed nearer $830K, and 61% of current listings have already reduced their price. If you're selling, my advice is to price it right the first time. Well-priced homes sold in about 14 days, while homes that started high took closer to three months.
Real room for buyers
With 128 homes on the market and about 4.0 months of supply, buyers have options and some negotiating room, especially at the higher end. Above roughly $925K with 10% down, the loan passes the 2026 conforming limit of $832,750 and you're in jumbo territory, so it pays to line up financing early. At today's rates, the median listing pencils out to about $5,072/month with 10% down.

Consistently ranked among Utah's top high schools. The rankings are public, and they hold up year to year.
