About Draper
Draper sits at the southern end of the Salt Lake Valley with the Wasatch Mountains rising directly behind it. The views here are some of the best in the county: wide valley panoramas to the west, mountains to the east. Most of the development is newer, which means updated finishes and larger floor plans.
Draper grew up around two things: tech and trails. Silicon Slopes is about fifteen minutes down the freeway, and Corner Canyon anchors the city's 150 plus miles of trails, straight out of the neighborhoods. Both show up in the prices.
I keep the citywide numbers on their own page, where every figure carries its source and its pull date: Draper market page.

The current supply
Draper has 142 active listings and 4.6 months of supply at the recent closing pace. Compare like with like. A hillside home and a townhome can face different competing listings.
Pricing is the first decision
The median asking price is $872K; the historical median sale is $828K. Those are separate groups of properties. I use nearby closed sales to test a starting price before the home goes on the market.
Put the timeline in context
Recorded Draper sales had a median of 39 days on market. That is historical context. I check the current competition and your financing before we settle on an offer or a launch price.
Why Buyers Choose Draper
Corner Canyon Trails
More than 150 miles of mountain bike and trail running routes, directly accessible from Draper neighborhoods. The trailheads start where the streets end.
Corner Canyon High School
Consistently ranked among Utah's top high schools. The rankings are public, and they hold up year to year.
Views and Newer Homes
Many Draper homes sit above the valley floor, with panoramic valley and mountain views. Newer construction means updated kitchens and less maintenance up front.
