Mike, Kona & the Valley

I cover one county, and I've walked every neighborhood in it.

I am Mike Whitcanack, a solo agent with Equity Real Estate (Advantage). The county is Salt Lake, and I have lived here for twenty years: eight in Sugar House, the last twelve in Holladay. I know which blocks catch afternoon shade, and how one street can price differently from the next.

I got my Utah sales agent license in December 2025. That is recent, and I would rather you read it here than find it on the state lookup later. What sits behind it is on this site: eighteen city market pages I refresh from the MLS, thirteen neighborhood guides I walked, nine of them filmed, and the pricing method written out in full. Check the work, then decide.

Walking the Valley is a description, not a slogan. Kona and I walk the neighborhoods I cover, and we film what we find. As of September 2026, nine of the thirteen guides carry a walk video, so you can see those places before you ever schedule a showing.

My practice runs on evidence. Before I give you a number, I run my own comps, street by street, and check each one against what I know from the ground. I would rather show you three closed sales than a confident guess.
